How to Make the Mouth of Sauron Helmet Only with Foam | LOTR Lord of the Rings Fully Wearable Helmet

Hello Everyone! This is my interpretation of The Mouth's helmet we got to see in the extended edition DVDs. I remember going to see The Return of the King 5 times when it was in theatre's, I couldn't get enough of it! But when the extended edition came out about 1 year later, my friends and I spent an entire weekend watching the film and the featurettes 2 times. And ever since the Films (as well as the bonus material) have been on my yearly watch list, and now in my studio they are built into my rotating background video which plays while I work. 

The character design of The Mouth is def one of my favorites and I felt it was time to actually take it on. So, I worked on it a little each weekend just to make sure I got each piece exactly right before continuing onto the next. 

I was a little nervous about taking on this build because there are so many facets to the design, but as it turns out it was actually pretty easy to put together.
